Howard Days 2020 will be held June 12th & 13th at the Robert E. Howard House & Museum in Cross Plains, Texas, and we certainly hope you'll be able to join us!
This year's theme is "Celebrating 50 Years of REH in the Comics" and we are proud to have Roy Thomas as our Guest of Honor. Roy is the person most immediately involved with putting Howard's Conan the Cimmerian into the world of comic books and we are overjoyed that he will be coming to Cross Plains to help us celebrate
.
We are in the process now of developing the panel and event programming for this year, but rest assured all the "regular" events are taking place. We have tours galore: of the REH Museum, the house grounds and a bus tour around Cross Plains; there's a Celebration Banquet and Silent Auction of REH items on Friday night, a hot dog lunch and honest-to-Texas chuck wagon BBQ, a souvenir postal cancellation, informative and educational panels, viewings of original REH typescripts at the Cross Plains Public Library, a well-stocked Gift Shop and a small dealer's area on the grounds.
Plus, there are always extemporaneous events happening among the gathering of Howard fans, scholars and enthusiasts that are exclusive to our Howard Days event.
And perhaps best of all, you'll be in the company of fellow Howard enthusiasts where the conversation and fellowship runs from morning until late night.
It's for a reason we call it "The Best Two Days in Howard Fandom"! Y'all come!
Stay tuned to this page and our Facebook page for all the information you'll need to make your trip to Howard Days a memorable one.
